You can choose publication with a photo, without a photo or opt out of publication completely. We always show only your first name. Your contact details remain confidential until you agree to share them with a specific employer.
East Talent only accepts employer offers that meet our defined standards. We do not consider or accept unattractive offers.
East Talent is aimed at both EU citizens and qualified candidates from non-EU countries who want to work in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. EU citizens can register with East Talent for work in Germany, Austria or Switzerland regardless of whether they have vocational or university education.
For non-EU citizens, Germany is the primary destination because its immigration rules for qualified professionals are considerably more liberal than those of Austria and Switzerland. However, even for employment in Germany, non-EU citizens must have completed vocational or university education or another verifiable professional qualification.
We also consider your professional experience, language skills and the relevant immigration and qualification-recognition requirements. After registration, East Talent will check which vacancies and employment route fit your profile.
East Talent is currently building its first large international candidate pool. Once we have collected and reviewed several hundred profiles, they will be published simultaneously. According to the current plan, this will happen within the next few weeks.
East Talent may contact you before the general launch if a suitable job opportunity becomes available.

Hiring candidates from countries outside the EU involves additional organisational and administrative steps for employers. This is why many companies have not yet chosen this route.
At East Talent, we believe that employers will become more willing to consider candidates from outside the EU when they can see concrete and convincing profiles of suitable people. We also support employers throughout the international recruitment process.
Before publication, we will send you an email with a personal link to your profile. You can use this link to review your profile and stop its publication at any time.
The platforms are intended for employers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland. Direct access from other countries may be restricted to reduce automated requests and bot access. The links on this page and your personal link will give you access regardless of your country of residence.
